THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X (FORMERLY TWITTER), YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).
The “Fujikura - Build Your Dream Bag” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (“USA”), and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fujikura Composite America, 1815 Aston Ave Ste 101, Carlsbad, CA 92008 (the “Sponsor”). Club Champion, LLC (“Club Champion”), 1010 E 2100 S, Ste 2B, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, is a promotional partner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Partner”) and is not the sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, Club Champion, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below)).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
ROLE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTNER: Club Champion participates in the Sweepstakes solely as a promotional partner. Club Champion (i) supplies one (1) component of the Prize, as described in the “PRIZES” section below, and (ii) receives Entrant information from Sponsor for its own independent marketing purposes, as described in the “PRIVACY AND USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION” section below. Club Champion does not sponsor or administer the Sweepstakes, does not receive, process, or validate entries, does not conduct the drawing, and plays no role in selecting, verifying, or notifying the Winner. All decisions relating to the conduct of the Sweepstakes and to eligibility rest solely with the Sponsor.
Club Champion is an independent business and is not an agent, employee, joint venturer, or partner of Sponsor for any purpose other than as expressly stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Club Champion, including the availability, scheduling, quality, or outcome of the fitting described below, or for Club Champion’s privacy, data retention, or marketing practices. Club Champion is a Released Party for all purposes under these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PDT on September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on October 2, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. There is one (1) method of entry, plus one (1) bonus entry opportunity, as follows:
Via Online Registration – Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes website, https://hello.fujikuragolf.com/sweepstakes (the “Website”). At the Website, Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry by completing the Sweepstakes registration form requesting full name, email address, and ZIP code. Entrants may, but are not required to, consent to the sharing of the information they submit with Club Champion for Club Champion’s own independent marketing purposes by checking the optional consent box on the registration form, as described in the “PRIVACY AND USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION” section below. Consent is optional and is not a condition of entry, and declining does not affect an Entrant’s chances of winning. Limit one (1) registration entry per Entrant. To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes, or in any other manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fujikuragolf.com/privacy-policy/.
PRIVACY AND USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: The information collected from each Entrant at the time of entry — full name, email address, and ZIP code — is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Sweepstakes and to notify the Winner. The ZIP code is collected to identify the participating Club Champion location nearest to the Entrant. Entrants who check the optional consent box on the registration form agree that Sponsor will share the information they submitted with Club Champion for Club Champion’s own independent use, including to contact them with marketing and promotional communications about its club fitting services and products. Where consent is given, this sharing occurs whether or not the Entrant is selected as the Winner. Sponsor does not share the information of Entrants who do not check that box.
Email marketing. The registration form includes an optional consent box for marketing email. Entrants who check that box consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Sponsor at the email address provided. Marketing email is optional and is not a condition of entry. Club Champion may contact Entrants who consent to the sharing described above, under Club Champion’s own privacy policy. Entrants who leave the box unchecked will still be entered in the Sweepstakes and will receive only messages necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and to notify the Winner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting Sponsor or Club Champion directly.
Once shared, Club Champion’s use of that information is governed by Club Champion’s own privacy policy, available at https://clubchampion.com/privacy-policy, and Sponsor is not responsible for Club Champion’s privacy, data retention, or marketing practices. Entrants who do not wish to have their information shared with Club Champion should leave the optional consent box unchecked. Sponsor’s collection and use of Entrant information is otherwise governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fujikuragolf.com/privacy-policy/.
California residents. Sponsor’s disclosure of Entrant information to Club Champion for Club Champion’s own marketing purposes constitutes a “sale” and/or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). California residents have the right to opt out of that sale or sharing, the right to know what personal information is collected and to whom it is disclosed, and the right to request deletion or correction of their personal information. Sponsor will honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy for instructions on submitting a request, or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Website. If an Entrant opts out after entering, Sponsor will stop any further transfer of that Entrant’s information to Club Champion and will notify Club Champion of the opt-out so that it may be honored downstream. Entrants may also contact Club Champion directly to exercise their rights as to information already held by Club Champion.
Retention. Sponsor will retain Entrant information as follows: (i) records used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and resolve disputes will be retained for twelve (12) months following the end of the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) the Winner’s declaration, publicity release, and related fulfillment records will be retained for four (4) years following the drawing date; and (iii) information used by Sponsor for its own marketing purposes will be retained until the individual unsubscribes or submits a deletion request, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor may retain information for longer where required to comply with applicable law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Club Champion’s retention of information shared with it is determined by Club Champion and governed by Club Champion’s privacy policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus, bugs, (ii) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prize (defined below) using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website; or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the registration in question. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and Social Media Platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prize (defined below). Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE.
By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE USA ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, whose decisions are final and binding. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 3, 2026. Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each potential Prize Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via email at the email address provided at the time of entry.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available.
The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Sponsor’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a prize package inclusive of the following:
Three (3) Fujikura VENTUS or VENTUS TR shafts with VeloCore+ technology, in models, flexes, and weights selected by the Winner from those commercially available from Sponsor at the time of fulfillment, built to the Winner’s specifications, including adapter and grip; installation, club heads, and other components not included
One (1) Club Champion driver and wood shaft fitting at a participating Club Champion location, subject to the fitting terms set out below
One (1) $100 Fujikura Merch Shop Gift Certificate
(collectively, the “Prize” or “Grand Prize”)
Grand Prize approximate retail value (“ARV”) - $1,300 USD
Total Prize Pool - $1,300 USD. The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of a Prize is lower than the stated ARV when a Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winner. NOTE: No substitution, assignment or transfer of Prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the sole right to substitute a Prize (or Prize component) with another of equal or greater value.
Club Champion fitting — terms. The driver and wood shaft fitting is provided by Club Champion, not by Sponsor. The Winner must schedule the fitting directly with Club Champion at a participating Club Champion location, identifying it as a Sweepstakes prize fitting. The fitting is Club Champion’s standard driver and wood shaft fitting and consists of the fitting session only. It does not include clubheads, shafts, grips, adapters, build or labor charges, or any product or service purchased at or after the session, all of which remain the responsibility of the Winner. The scope of the fitting is as offered by Club Champion for that fitting at the time of redemption. The Winner is under no obligation to purchase anything from Club Champion. The fitting is subject to appointment availability and to Club Champion’s then-current scheduling policies, hours of operation, and list of participating locations, which may change. The Winner must attend the fitting in person; the fitting is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash or credit, and has no cash value. No deadline applies to redemption of the fitting or to the Winner’s submission of shaft specifications. The Winner is solely responsible for all travel, transportation, meals, and any other costs associated with attending the fitting and with taking delivery of the shafts. If the fitting becomes unavailable for any reason, including a change in Club Champion’s participating locations or the termination of the promotional relationship between Sponsor and Club Champion, Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
The $100 Fujikura Merch Shop Gift Certificate is redeemable only at https://fujikuragolf.com/merch-shop/, is not redeemable for cash, and is subject to any terms, restrictions, and expiration date printed thereon or posted at that site.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Sponsor, within five (5) days of the date the notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim the Prize. Notarization is not required. The declaration may be returned by email, and an electronic signature will be accepted. If the potential Winner has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence, the declaration must also be signed by the potential Winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of their Prize, and for reporting the value of the Prize to the applicable tax authorities to the extent required by law. The Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, if the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor is not obligated to select more than three (3) alternate Winners, after which the Prize may go unawarded.
All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept or use the Prize for any reason. No transfers, Prize substitutions (other than substitutions as specifically set forth hereinabove) or cash redemptions will be made, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated Prize with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability.
By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of California; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. For New Jersey Residents: nothing in this section bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Sponsor. The waiver by Sponsor of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by the Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor and Entrant.
